If you want help getting into great shape, Fly Girl Fitness Pilates Training can help. One of our certified personal trainers will work with you one-on-one in our private pilates studio to work on the Pilates machines and learn mat work that you can do at home!
Pilates is an exercise discipline designed to strengthen and stretch the body while heightening physical awareness. Using your own body as resistance we create a more lengthened physique. Focus is placed on proper breathing, posture and muscle alignment. Specific work is done to strengthen the torso, providing core stability, to then work with the arms and legs to complete a full body workout.
With the education and experience of our trainers you will be in the hands of a person who can tailor the exercises to suit your needs and goals. Pilates is a great type of exercise for all body types and people with varied health situations. Because of the nature of Pilates it can achieve results in any situation and the response of the body is incredible!
All aspects of your fitness and nutritional programs are designed and overseen by Fitness Director and Owner of Fly Girl Fitness, Briar Munro.
