Fly Girl Fitness Boot Camps
Education is key to achieving your physical transformations.
Boot camp is for those women who seek a totally challenging, but deeply motivating fitness experience. Our workouts are about focus, rigour and lots of sweat! We also believe in designing programs that are balanced and therapeutic, and remain mindful of each woman’s unique body, fitness goals, and dreams.
Important To Note…
1) Fly Girl Fitness Boot Camps are different every day! This ads variety for our minds but also makes sure that our bodies never plateau by constantly changing the workouts. You never know what you are in for when you arrive at camp!
2) Fly Girl Fitness Camps are limited to 25 participants at a time. This allows for one on one feedback, corrections and modifications. (Please understand that the video above is a fundraiser camp day and therefore has a lot more people than a normal camp day.)
We strive everyday to make our camps challenging but fun. The way to see results is to keep coming back, so we want to encourage you and create a fun, positive environment so you want to come back! At Fly Girl Fitness we believe in making a positive lifestyle change and sticking to it instead of quick fixes. This means that we ask each camper to; sign a contract that while at our bootcamps they will commit to healthy lifestyle choices, track what nutrients, good and bad, they are getting, keep a positive attitude for themselves as well as for the other campers- we’ve found that the motivation the trainer emits usually rubs off on the campers and they provide tremendous encouragement to the other campers! At the beginning and end of bootcamps we do fitness assessments (optional) to help campers track their progress and motivate them to stick to their goals. Above all, expect to be pushed, to be motivated and to be energized!
Camps Offered:
Early Bird Fit Camp- Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:15 am
Start your day off right by getting in your workout before heading to work. It feels great and will energize you for your day. $135/month
Express Early Morning Fit Camp- Monday/Wednesday/Friday’s 6:00-6:30 am
This is the busy person workout. Get the same results if not better in less time! Great way to start your day. $140/month
Mid-Morning Fit Camp- Monday/Wednesday/Friday’s 10:00-10:45 am
Perfect time slot for those who like to sleep in, who need to drop children at school, or those who work from home. $150/month
New Camp starts the first week of each month-prices differ depending on your length of commitment.

*We do a free trial first to ensure that our camps fit your needs and that you are comfortable and committed to making a positive change in your life. We also give EVERYONE who comes to try camp a free 30 minute consult to chat with our instructors in private to set goals and make sure we fit your needs.*
